Pros: Everything. It was almost perfect. Maria was a friendly and informative host who gave us excellent tips.

Contras: Small things: No drying rack inside for washing, very small geyser so if 3 people shower the 3rd showers fast! If you have mobility/fitness issues then the stairs will be a problem for you.

Pros: La ubicación del departamento, casi frenea a grada familia

Contras: Es una sugerencia, me parece que deberían incorporar un calefón de mayor capacidad. Para nosotros, 2 personas, no hubo problemas, pero me parece que con 1o 2 pasajeros mas se puede complicare tema agua caliente.

Pros: Maria is a lovely person. Apartment is excellent. The view from the balcony to sagrada familia priceless. Metro just a few steps out of the door. 24 h supermarket next door. Many Lovely restaurants and bars and coffees close. We loved to stay there. Highly recommended.

Contras: One little problem is luggage on check out day. Maria was more than helpful to find a solution.

Pros: The property was nicely decorated and all facilities worked. The owner has put in a lot of thought in the decor and setups to make it feel like home. The owner was very pleasant and polite and particularly helpful. Sagrada Familia is just around the corner. Supermarket is nearby and the metro station is 5 minutes walk.

Contras: The apartment is on the second level and stairs are narrow. Very difficult for me as a senior to pull my luggages up.

Pros: Great location, spacious apartment. Well decorated (simple & to the point), very clean, near to metro and other public transport. You have a view on the Sagrada Familia.

Contras: Could be more flexible when we asked for an early check-in.

Pros: 1、该公寓有点民宿性质。房东Maria很nice，我们到了后办好手续，给我们介绍Barcelona的游玩地方；在登记信息时得知我生日日期，期间送我们一盒蛋糕祝福，很用心； 2、地理位置优越，离地铁口、圣家堂很近，估计只有5、60米吧，就在照片中蓝圈部位，天天看到圣家堂，感受高迪； 3、房间虽然旧点，但很干净，一大一小两个卧室也很简洁。

Contras: 1、因为是城里的老式公寓房，所以没有电梯，我们住三楼（相当于国内四楼。西班牙一楼算0层，zero，二楼才算一层，primero,以此类推），女生扛行李上去有些不便； 2、只有一个卫生间，所以对我们四位女士而言，有些不便；好在厨房有水槽，缓解用水情况。 另有2点，不算不满意，就是客观事实：住宿时注意酒店政策，房东工作时间到晚上8点；我们是晚9点到，因此当场付了40欧额外服务费；另付每晚近10欧的税（不含在房价报价）

Pros: Great value and spacious flat, right next to Segrada Familia and the Metro. Comfortably accommodated the two couples in our party. Friendly host who met us at pre-agreed arrival time.

Pros: La ubicación es fantástica, todos los días en la mañana puedes despertar con la vista de la sagrada familia, tienes varios supermercados alrededor, estación del metro muy cerca, las camas son muy cómodas, la anfitriona es súper amable. Me voy feliz de haber estado con mis padres en este departamento tan lindo.

Contras: Lo único malo que no tiene elevador y las escaleras son angostas pero la verdad esto se pasa con todo lo de demás bueno que tiene.

Pros: Die Wohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage, das Haus, der Flair all das lässt einen kurzen Moment denken, man lebt selbst in Barcelona. Man fühlt sich sofort wie "zuhause" Der Blick auf die sagrada familia ist auch wahnsinn. Der Supermarkt direkt nebenan hat auch alles was man braucht.

Contras: Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Haus, was es für Personen die nicht mehr ganz so gut auf den Beinen sind etwas schwerer macht. Nur als kleine Anmerkung, keine Kritik!

Pros: Апартаменты находятся в старом доме в традиционном испанском стиле, но они полностью современные, отремонтированные, чистые, уютные, комфортные, укомплектованные всем необходимым и готовые к проживанию. Часть окон выходит в тихий внутренний двор, а окна гостиной - на Саграда Фамилия. Вид роскошный! Нельзя не упомянуть очаровательную хозяйку Марию. Дружелюбная, милая, гостеприимная, рассказала нам о городе, об окрестностях, отвечала на наши вопросы, вызвала такси, когда мы уезжали. Было очень приятно и неожиданно, что к нашему приезду Мария приготовила нам угощение. Большое спасибо! В такие условия хочется вернуться!
