Contras: Non hanno fatto le pulizie per 3 giorni

Contras: Based on the bad experience we had during our short holiday in Barcelona ( around new Years Eve ), we definitely not recommend this hotel for other visitors because of the following reason: Breakfast was included in our reservation but not prepared on 1st of January and we had to pay extra 23.80 Euro for the hotel for a croissant and a cafe. Ridiculously overpriced and clearly not fair to be charged 2 times for a breakfast. After having a long city tour, we were planned to relax in the hotel sauna but the sauna was not available in the evening for us , as its was only allowed for in the morning ? Nowadays do we need to book a dedicated time slot in the Sauna? Is that a new trend at this hotel, or just wanted to screw up with us ? As we payed more 400 Euro for couple of days , we expected a higher level of customer service and more customer focused mindset. Worst experience ever. If somebody would like to Enjoy Barcelona and looking for a High Quality Hotel without any issue they need to choose another one. My private feedback to the Hotel : Please apply for a customer satisfaction training or close the door as with this kind of mindset as you will loose more and more customers sooner or later. If you need support for the searching in Barcelona , I would recommend Google Search Engine : Type -> Customer Satisfaction

Pros: I liked every thing it was very good servic the location excelant it was near by every center we want to go and very easy by metro the stuff was veryyyyyyy kind and helped us in every question we asked them

Contras: The cleaning in bathroom

Pros: Fantastic location, very friendly staff and gym facilities are amazing 🙂

Contras: Nothing I needed a late check in and check out both were accommodated

Pros: Le personnel, la localisation parfaite, chambre très confortable et propre, le spa et la salle de sport sont un grand plus .

Contras: C est tres sale, ils nettoient les chambres qu une fois tout les 2 ou 3 jours, le levier etait bouché on a réclamé ils sont venu ça s est débouche et une après midi et apres reboucher encore. On a demandé un lit bébé mais ils nous ont dit que normalement les bébés etaient pas accepté à l hôtel...les coussins etaient plat et il en avait pas de plus. C étais le pire service qu on a jamais vu, vraiment très déçu

Pros: Spa-Bereich und Fitnessstudio sind im Haus und wird auch von Nicht-Hotelgästen genutzt. Es ist sehr groß, komfortabel und hat alles, was man für Sport & Entspannung benötigt. Man kann sogar an den vielen Kursen in dem Fitnessstudio teilnehmen. Der Pilateskurs hatte eine sehr kompetente Trainerin. Inklusive 3 Schwimmbecken, mehreren Erlebnisduschen, Sauna, Dampfsauna etc. Frühstück gab es an dem Tag, wo wir da waren, sogar bis 12 Uhr - die Auswahl war zwar übersichtlich, aber das Essen war qualitativ sehr gut und lecker. Ein Kaffee pro Person ist inklusive.

Contras: Wir haben uns hauptsächlich für das Hotel entschieden, da wir den Spa- und Fitnessbereich nutzen wollten. Leider gab es sehr viel Verwirrung und wenig Klarheit, wann wer den Bereich nutzen kann, obwohl wir vor Buchung das Hotel sogar angerufen haben. Generell sollten solche wichtigen Informationen bei der Buchung des Zimmers angezeigt werden. Anscheinend gibt es Deluxe Zimmer, bei denen ist die unbegrenzte Nutzung des Spa- und Fitnessbereichs inklusive (bis 22 Uhr), bei den anderen Zimmern nur bis 14 Uhr. Wir hatten allerdings eine Suite, daher war wieder nicht klar, wie es gehandhabt wird. Beim Check-In versprach man uns, dass wir den Bereich für den ganzen Tag nutzen könnten. Später war allerdings ein anderer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der wieder etwas anderes sagte und nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, konnten wir noch in den Spa-Bereich. Der Check-in war erst ab 16 Uhr und Check-out bereits um 11 Uhr. Das wird in anderen Hotels großzügiger gehandhabt.

Pros: The spa and the gym are amazing

Contras: Service and quality overall were not at all in line with the price

Contras: Le fait de ne pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel

Contras: Je n'ai pas apprécié que l'on me prévienne une fois avoir payé les 198,50 € que le petit-déjeuner devait être pris en face de la rue chez un commerçant à proximité car la restauration n'était pas assuré pour le 1er janvier 2020 à l'hôtel Metropolitan sport Sagrada et le petit-déjeuner tu es tout simplement pas à la hauteur du déjeuner prévu est payé à 11 € 90 x 200 un montant total de 23 € 80 à l'hôtel J'ai également fait la demande lors de ma réservation d'un lit un seul lit grand king size or à l'arrivée c'était deux petits lits très décevant
