Our apartment is located in area of Orihuela Costa, Villamartin, close to resort of La Zenia. It is lovely and quiet garden residence, with a large swimming pool and children's pool as well. It is placed on a first floor, it has two small balconies (one French, one with table and parasol), open plan kitchen, two rooms and bathroom with bath tube. Car park available also few steps from the apartment. There is WiFi available at the property and flat screen TV with VOD programmes.
It is only few steps to La Zenia, lively resort of Costa Blanca with its shops and other amenities. Ther are several fine blue flag beaches with a great facilities for both families with children, and those looking for water sports. There are nice pubs and restaurants few hundred yards from the property and many other 5 minutes drive, in Villamartin, Villacosta or La Zenia. It is within easy driving distance of impressive new La Zenia Boulevard, which is the biggest shopping mall on the Costa's. There are several great golf courses nearby.
