Homey apartment one step from Madrid Atocha central train and subway station. Recently refurbished (July 2018), large apartment for 6 people (85 sqm) , perfect for large families. There are 2 independent bedrooms, and second living room/office space with 1 sofa bed , 2 large full bathrooms and kitchen area. All the equipment, beds and furniture are new. Just an easy walk away from Madrid most famously known sightseeing spots, museums , and Retiro central park.
The area of Atocha street is being refurbished by the city, the street will be a wide boulevard soon full of cafe and terraces, sidewalk in front of building has already been completed. Recommend visiting Retiro park, it is wide and wonderful green area 6 min front the apartment with large lake with rowing boats you can rent, very relaxing. The Prado museum is close, and the Reina Sofia right behind the building in front large square with many restaurants. Anthropology and Agricultural Museum are beautiful building are able to visit at certain times.
