This classic villa was Carmen's home house .She was working in hospitality already and with Miquel decided to reconvert into a B&B.They are very conscious of using recycling,natural materials like stone ,wood and iron It is homy,and they try to make guest feel as locals,explaining all tips about Girona. They like to live surronded by nature and fruit trees so the villa is set in a quiet and green area but enough close to walk to the center. The best feature are the stunning views from the pool and the room terraces, you feel like a bird,In one side Girona Cathedral and river and in the other side the Pyrenees. There is a salted water pool with solarium , hot tub massage and garden where you can relax from the busy day. MONTJUIC B&B is your HOME in Girona where you will live the luxury of the small things.
My name is Maria Carme, I love what i do and the idea of the B&B was to reconcile my family with my job. I like to meet people all over the world ,everyone of us has something special inside and i feel lucky to share with them all these interesting moments. All of our team try to make people happy, smiling and being sweet. Holidays are so short that we take care of every detail ,we want them think that it has been worthy their stay at home. Montjuic BB is in a very quiet area surronded by St Daniel's Valley ,just 5 minutes from home it is possible to do some running and hiking. At 10 minutes walking you can find Sant Pere Galligants chapel, and Cathedral and jewish quarter. At 5 minutes you have a petrol station, supermarket,bakery, and pharmacy Girona is an small city where you can walk everywhere, no rush, no stress and nice people. We also have bus service every 15 minutes that stops in front of the house. We are close to mountains,45min, beaches 30 min,Dali museum 30 min,medieval villages 25min,and our famous restaurant ,the first of the World ,Celler de Can Roca it is at only 8 min driving from home.
