Pros: Location is good. Key pick 700m walking at different address. You cannot walk upright in the Maisonette floor to bedroom unless you are 150cm tall. 3rd floor (4th American) on curvy stairs. Clean, but dated bathroom. Smoking neighbors on stairways.

Pros: Отличное расположение, везде пешком можно дойти. Совсем рядом музей Королевы Софии, очень много симпатичных заведений на любой вкус. Можно дойти пешком от вокзала Аточа и автобуса из/в аэропаорт. Ключи вручили лично в руки, не пришлось ничего искать и бродить с чемоданами.
Contras: Квартира находится на 4-м этаже без лифта, да и весь район состоит из крутых спусков и подъёмов. Надо быть морально и физически к этому готовыми.

Pros: El departamento estaba bonito, un poco extraño porque en el baño de abajo no había cortina y el diseño del baño estaba raro al tener la regadera junto al escusado sin cortina de baño 😨 por supuesto que no lo ocupamos, ocupamos el de arriba. Las camas estuvieron muy cómodas, todo muy limpio
Contras: Tener que llegar a un lugar a recoger las llaves y caminar cuadras para llegar al departamento fue cansado. La llave de la puerta principal del lugar para entrar a los departamentos costaba mucho trabajo abrir. El no tener elevador y tener que subir escaleras empinadas con maleta fue un poco cansado. El departamento está muy bien, estaba cómodo y limpio pero la zona donde se ubicaba no nos gusto la verdad, mi hermana no quiso salir sola porque le dio miedo. (Ya para irnos una persona externa nos comentó que esa zona antes estaba muy bien y era muy turística pero que ahora ya no)

Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, great location, lots of windows, light, views on the square below. The host was really friendly, easy check in. Thank you!!!
Contras: As in all other reviews, the parking spot was VERY small but VERY happy we had access to it. A few things were missing: a coffee table, a comfy chair to add to the couch for a third person, a shower mat, coat hooks in the front, more kitchen ware. It’s a rather new rental so maybe these will be added in the near future.

Pros: The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. It also has lots of natural light.
Contras: BE WARNED!!! It is on the fourth floor, with 70 big steps to get there and NO elevator, which we were never told before booking. Upon registering a complaint with the managing agency and with Booking.com customer service, no help was provided; they simply apologized for the “inconvenience.” We are a couple in our seventies and this caused a huge problem for us because of the suitcases.
