The location of our building is ideal for people visiting Alicante as it is only a few minutes walk from the beach of el Postiguet, and it is right in the middle of the historical, comercial and entertainment center of the city center. Within walking distance one can visit all the shops of the city center, the shopping mall of El Corte Ingles, and the comercial streets of Maisonnave, Alfonso el Sabio, or sip a glass of wine while watching the boats go by on the Explanada. All apartments are equipped with washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher, coffee machine, flat screen tv, wifi, etc.

San Francisco street itself has become a tourist emblem on its own as 3 years ago the local government has converted the street into a pedestrian street and has decorated the whole street with large figurines in the shape of mushrooms and included many games for children along the street. For that reason, today San Francisco street is a very visited street among tourists and spanish people alike. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area which makes staying in this area very comfortable and practical. It is today one of the best locations within Alicante city.
