~ Neighborhood El Presidente is an exceptional first line beach secured urbanization, located between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, at just 15km from Marbella. The urbanization lies at the border of a natural protected pine forest so you'll feel the fresh breeze mixed with the fresh pine trees scent. El Presidente is a complex with 5 pools, one heated, and lovely vegetation displayed by manicured gardens. The urbanization has two private playgrounds for children. Those who want an active sportlife can play tennis or paddle tennis on the courts of this urbanization. ~ Beach Salduna beach located less than 300m from the villa is wide and clean, composed by a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance in the sea is smooth, with no rocks. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded. Just as you exit on the beach, you have Salduna Beach Restaurant and Beach Club where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas or you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. ~ Shopping&Restaurants If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you find Aldi supermarket at only 600m from the villa.
