To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following: Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities. You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Barcelona aren’t soundproofed! Check-in time is at 3 pm. Please note that a late check in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: - From 20:00hrs: €20 - From 22:00h: €25 - From 00:00h: €40 This fee will be collected at check-in and must be paid by card. Please note that tourists are required to pay a daily fee of €2.25 in Barcelona city and €0.90 in other cities in Catalonia per person towards the city tax. The fee applies only for the first 7 days. Children up to 17 years old, do not need to pay. Please pay by credit card directly at your check-in to the person that will be welcoming you, who will provide you with a personal receipt.
