Pros: Está bien ubicado.
Contras: - Es un segundo sin ascensor, bastantes escaleras para maletas y gente mayor. - En la habitación principal hay una cama de matrimonio, no son dos camas como en la foto. - Nos alojamos en diciembre y la verdad que hacía frío, aún con el aparato climatizador.

Pros: Emplacement plus que parfait, appartement agréable et accueil très chaleureux. Les parties communes (patio) sont remarquables et très bien entretenues, la terrasse est très appréciable. Excellente literie et chambre au calme.

Pros: Staying at Casa Palacio really made our stay in Seville more enjoyable due to it's very central location. We could walk to all the main atractions and could even go home halfway to have a restful siesta in between sightseeing :) The apartment is cosy but it was very clean and is tastfully decorated. The 2nd bed on the mezzanine was perfect for our 15 year old daughter who loved it. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and had high quality bed linen which we apreciated. We also liked being able to use the washing machine, after 2 weeks on the road.
Contras: Note that the kitchen isn't equiped to cook anything complex - we only used it for breakfasts - you're in Spain and there's great food everywhere so who would want to cook anyway?! The stairs might not be for everyone but we were fine with it.

Pros: Tout est vraiment bien : l'emplacement idéal à deux pas de tous les sites importants tout en restant dans une rue très calme et sûre. Le charme de l'appartement qui a une âme et un vrai cachet. Sa décoration, son confort (literie top et climatisation efficace), ses prestations, sa parfaite propreté. Sa vue, la vue de la terrasse qui donne sur la Giralda et tout Séville. Le quartier vivant le soir avec tous les restaurants et commerces de proximité. Le hall et le patio très typiques. Enfin l'accueil de Ares pour le check-in, souriante, agréable, de bon conseil et qui s'est chargée de nous commander un taxi pour le retour. Je recommande très chaleureusement.
Contras: Sincèrement, le seul petit moins concerne l'escalier qui est un peu "raide".
