Pros: The properties is in the city centre, you can go the major sightseeing point within walking distance. Overall, the properties is quiet spacious there are ample room for a group of three for owner stay. There is good equipped kitchen although we have not used it as we just stayed here for one day.

Contras: You need to take your luggage for 3 floors in a steep and narrow staircase so be prepared. Also there is noise in the early morning as it is really in the city centre as the delivery may need to delivery goods in the early morning. You need to prepare to have good driving skill for the nearby paid car park, of course, parking in city centre is not cheap, be prepared !

Pros: The friendliest host i have ever had! Unfortunately it was raining but she still helped us arrive at the parking and walked us to the apartment, showed us around, increased the heating. Really made us feel welcome at home. She was friendly and kind. Had great recommendations for an amazing flamenco night, churros place and food across the city. It is beautifully located within easy walking distance from everywhere! Unfortunately we couldn't use the balcony due to the rain but it looked like a lovely place for breakfast or coffee ! I highly recommend and would be wanting to come back here myself!

Pros: Even though the host didn't know English, we didn't have any issues as she used google translate for everything. She explained every detail very patiently and also recommended places to roam around in a detailed fashion. She had to accommodate our timings due to certain delays from our end but she didn't fret about it at all. She was very welcoming and warm.

Contras: Excelente el trato de la dueña Encarna,muy pendiente de nosotras recomendandonos sitios para comer, explicándonos todo para visitar monumentos de la ciudad, el apartamento impecable, todo nuevo,no le falta un detalle. No hace falta coger el coche para nada ya que todo está cerca, tanto bares como monumentos. La experiencia en este alojamiento no ha podido ser mejor, tanto el apartamento, la ubicación y la anfitriona sobre todo se merecen un 10. Gracias por todo Encarna, repetiremos sin duda :)

Pros: Todo,la ubicación excelente,el apartamento moderno y cómodo con una terraza con vistas.La dueña Encarna un cielo se desvivió por nosotros, nos ayudo de guia,estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.

Pros: The host of this place is an amazing woman. She helped us from collecting the keys to parking our car and with the places to see and eat. She was in constant touch and was ready to help at any moment. Totally loved her hospitality.
