Contras: The pictures dont match the condition of the apartment. Moisture damage in the sealing in the livingroom, by the window in the bathroom. Holes in sealing in the second bedroom, showehead fittet to the wall by tape.

Pros: l'appartement, le confort des lits, l'emplacement, le calme du quartier, le bar à tapas "El Santet" situé juste en dessous qui est excellent.

Pros: Posizione ottimale a pochi metri dal mare, quartiere vicino con negozi, ristoranti ecc, di metro ce ne sono 2 Llacuna piu' vicina e Bogatell un po' piu' distante ma non troppo. Centro commerciale La Vela dove fare acquisti. L'appartamento e" provvisto di tutto dalla lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie, insomma non manca nulla, inoltre e' molto tranquillo per riposare. All'arrivo e alla partenza Joanna e' stata molto disponibile.

Contras: Le foto su booking non sono esattamente veritiere, l'appartamento non e' nuovo come sembra, la zona pranzo esterna e' un terrazzino piccolissimo a cui si accede dalla camera principale, gli infissi sono vecchi. Il portone condominiale ha una serratura scassata ed i primi giorni era difficile aprire. Comunque, dopo aver fatto presente il problema, sono sicuramente intervenuti per rendere piu' facile l'accesso. Tra le lingue parlate risulta l'italiano ma non e' cosi'.

Pros: Wunderschöne Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist super. Sehr nah zum Strand. Mietfahrräder (Donkey Republic) überall und direkt um die Ecke. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und die Möglichtkeit die Koffer bereits vor 14Uhr in der Wohnung unterzustellen (vor der Reinigung / nach dem Checkout des Vormieters). Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator super.

Contras: Kleine Details in der Wohnung reparaturbedürftig. Duschkopf und Wandhalterung für Duschkopf beschädigt. Wasserhahn am Spülbecken locker. Fenster verschlissen / schlecht isolierend. Man hat das Gefühl es macht vom Lärm her kaum Unterschied ob die Fenster offen oder zu sind. Geschirrspüler hat das Geschirr teilweise nicht ganz sauber bekommen.

Pros: THIS APARTMENT IS NOT SAFE TO LIVE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR BELONGINGS.

Contras: We came to Barcelona to attend the fair. On the very first day of the fair when we came back to the apartment, we found that someone broke into the apartment and stole my entire suitcase, MacBook Pro, more than 3000 Euros in cash and most of our personal belongings including medicines & spectacles. The apartment owner came and was apologetic, but there were absolutely no efforts from their side to help us in that situation other than calling the cops and saying that this has not happened before. We were devastated to see all our stuff including all my data on the laptop being stolen from this property. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY HOSTED BY THIS OWNER. SAFE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE OF GETTING YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN! P.S. We did not recover anything or benefit from telling the police about this.

Pros: schöne Lage, Ausblick, gute Verkehrsverbindungen, Strandnähe, sehr netter Gastgeber und Personalkontankt, gerne wieder!
