This apartment is very comfortable one a specially for one couple. The furniture is new. The apartment is very clean. We speak on 4 languages. You have nice terrace with the fantastic view on the sea. The urbanisation is good. We have nice neighbours, 24 hours security service and amazing swimming pool on the roof! Beach is very close. Restaurants, bars, spa center and shopping center is very close.We work with travel agency so we can organise for you any excursions and transfer servis and renting car or boat service as well.

The area is pretty cool. You have everything in one hand. So close to the facilities and not noisy. It is very unique. Close to the apartment you will find restaurants, shops, bars, beach, spa center. The historical center of Marbella is very close. It is very cute Andalusian area with typical spanish atmosphere.
