Orange Tree

Pros: Location is great, in a neighborhood away from the crowds, with supermarkets, fruit stores, cafes, etc very close by. The apartment is very nice, clean, super confortable beds and with a washer which is very useful when traveling long. The building has an elevator which is a plus in Europe. There are 2 subway stations a couple of blocks away so it was very easy to get anywhere, we bought the 3-day subway card so we used it a lot. Peter and Oscar where extremely kind helping us with any needs, including getting us a taxi and leaving sodas, beers and other things for us at the apartment. Definitely recommended!!

Contras: I would only comment about the smell of humidity in one of the bedrooms, other than that perfect!

Pros: Es como estar en casa! El alojamiento super cómodo y Peter super atento en todo momento.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic, had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Loved the location, some nice places nearby, convenient for the metro but we also enjoyed walking to most places - then metro back. Peter was extremely helpful and attentive.

Pros: The location of the apartment was really good, close to the metro station. Very clean and tidy. Great communication from the host.

Pros: Met at the local underground stop by owner. He kindly explained everything in the apartment and what was in the surrounding area and lots of advice.

Contras: Nothing. This flat was perfect.

Pros: L’accueil très chaleureux de Peter. Ses explications pour nos déplacements en transport public. Sa préoccupation pour notre bien-être à cause des nombreuses manifestations.

Contras: Tout était parfait. On ne pouvait trouver meilleur locatieion.

Pros: Peter als Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals erkundigt ob alles ok ist, und uns Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben die Abende auf der ruhigen Terrasse/Balkon genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Mischung aus modern und Retro hat uns gut gefallen. Obwohl nicht im Zentrum, es ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Einkaufen...…) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zur Metro 5 Minuten. Von der Unterkunft aus läuft man z.B. zur Sagrada Familia, Placa de Catalunya ca. 30 Minuten.

Contras: Nichts

Pros: The apartment was very clean and cozy. It is situated nearby the metro station on a quiet street. Everything was as presented in photos, a nice kitchen, a spacious living room, a master bedroom, 2 beds bedroom and a very nice terrace for drinking coffee and chat under the free sky. Hosts had good English language skills and they were friendly and obliging. My both flight (arrival and departure were delayed) and they accepted my check-in and check-out outside the usual schedule. It is was a very nice accommodation.

Contras: The light in the master bedroom could be stronger

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. Lovely, quirky decor. Peter made us very welcome. Gave us lots of information about the local area and went out of his way to get us a taxi to the airport.

Contras: Would have liked a safe for valuables.

Pros: Furnishing, amenities and provided goods were 100%. There was everything you may need to enjoy the stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed sheets and towels fresh and clean. Excellent Internet connection. Nice balcony with parrots flying around. The host provided us with some basic goodies in the fridge which was very nice and welcoming. Many shops and cafes around. Within walking distance to metro,bus or train.

Contras: Broken shower door which was coming off rollers causing water splashing on the floor. Noise from the primary school across the lane from 8:30am each week day. For someone with a car, parking spaces on nearby streets only.
