Parc Güell Penthouse

Pros: Great location

Contras: Washer broken and was not repaired when requested. Bathroom has plumbing issues , smells heavily of sewer gas.

Pros: Fabulous view over the city from a large terrace. Really lovely to sit out and relax. Good size apartment for two (maximum two people - 4 would be a squash) Very clean Quiet and away from the tourists

Contras: The apartment was further out than expected. The description says it's in Gracia but it's actually just outside in Vallcara so not much in the way of bars, restaurants and shops as there is in Gracia itself. It was also very hot - the bedroom was way too hot to sleep in as no air con so we had to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. No tea and coffee supplies which was a bit mean.

Pros: The best part of the apartment was the balcony and location. The view was great as you can see the mountains, across the city all the way to the sea. Located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Away from the touristy areas, which we liked.

Contras: Could use a paint job. The apartment was small but could have been better with a little facelift and maybe a more comfortable sitting area. One couch was stained and a bit old. Loved the record collection but couldn't get the stereo to work....maybe it was I didn't know how. Bed was comfortable but maybe get a new bed spread.

Pros: The apartment was very close to the city and the view was stunning. Nice apartment with good facilities.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja, ogromny taras, piękny widok z tarasu.

Contras: Nic

Pros: appartement calme et lumineux.belle vue sur Barcelone. Suffisant pour trois voir quatre personnes . La personne qui nous a remis les clés était sympathique .

Contras: on était un peu loin du centre de Barcelone .

Pros: Die Aussicht

Contras: Der Boiler war nicht an. So mussten wir die ersten zwei Tage kalt duschen bis wir herausfanden, wie der Boiler angeht. Wir haben ihn auf 60 Grad eingestellt, wegen der Legionellen-Gefahr. Jedoch waren die Heizkörper ans gleiche System angeschlossen und wir hatten als wir Abends ankamen 35 Grad in unserem Penthouse. Erst durch zudrehen des Kugelhahns beim Heizsystem konnten wir eine angenehme Temperatur sicherstellen.
