Pros: Leider können wir die korrekt Unterkunft nicht bewerten...
Contras: Wir hatten die Unterkunft für die Zeit vom 27.12.19 - 03.01.20 Mitte 2019 gebucht und per Vorkasse gezahlt. Als wir anreisten (27.12.2019), teilte uns der Vermieter mit, dass wir das Apartment zu billig gebucht hätten und die Preise in der Zeit doppelt so hoch sind. Das Gespräch wurde mit den Worten 'We have a problem' eröffnet. Nach langem hin und her wurden zwei Optionen genannt: 1. Wir hätten bis zum 30.12. in die korrekt gebuchte Unterkunft einziehen können, danach dann in ein anderes Apartment 2. Wir würden von Anfang an in dem anderen Apartment bleiben Uns wurde sofort klar, dass der Vermieter uns über Silvester einfach nicht in dem gebuchten Apartment haben möchte. Nach erneutem, langem Hin und Her haben wir uns dann wohl oder übel für die Ausweichvariante entschieden und nutzten für den gesamten Zeitraum ein anderes Apartment des Vermieters. Der Vermieter hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt im Vorfeld versucht uns zu kontaktieren. Angeblich hätte der Vermieter es wohl schon versucht mit Booking zu klären. Wir wurden erst darüber Informiert, als wir bereits in Barcelona angekommen waren.

Pros: Zentrale Lage, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Große Dachterrasse und sehr netter Willkommensgruß mit Getränken im Kühlschrank.
Contras: Die Fotos bei booking.com waren schon sehr verschönert. Insgesamt war die Wohnung deutlich kleiner, als es den Anschein machte. Vor allem das Bad war winzig! Dadurch, dass die Schiebetür der Dusche kaputt war, war noch ein Vorhang installiert, der den Platz in der Dusche zusätzlich verkleinert hat. Ein Laken/ eine Bettdecke für die Schlafcouch kam erst auf Nachfrage. Die Sitzmöbel auf der Dachterrasse waren schon ziemlich herunter gekommen.
