Amazing, newly renovated three-bedroom apartment located on the 10th floor of a beachfront building, equipped with all facilities and amenities to make your stay unforgettable. This property, carefully decorated, is located at the end of Valdelagrana, near the Toruños Metropolitan Park, within minutes of plenty of restaurants, shops, and just by the beach. Guests can enjoy a parking spot, WIFi, a sea-view, AC, and elevator. The property is just 15 minutes by car from Cádiz and the city center.

Valdelagrana is one of the most popular beaches, especially in summer. Its great size and wind conditions make it ideal for water sports like windsurfing or kite-surf, and to relax with walks along the seashore. There are also areas of sunbeds and umbrellas, areas for sports, and renting pedal boats. Guests can enjoy dining in one of the many restaurants along the promenade, and several shops and supermarkets are available. The Toruños Metropolitan Park is just minutes away, where guests can enjoy kayaking, biking, or hiking around this protected marshlands. While some trains and buses are arriving at Valdelagrana, the use of a private car or taxi is highly recommended. Guests have a parking spot (in a private area) at their disposal and driving around the Cadiz Bay and the province is very easy. The center of El Puerto de Santa Maria is approximately 10 minutes away, while Cadiz can be reached in 10 minutes (by car). Riding a bike is also easy and convenient thanks to the many kilometers of bike lane.

Pros: Die Lage direkt im Hafen ist unglaublich schön. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Direkter Zugang von beiden Schlafzimmern sowie vom Wohnzimmer zum riesigen, wunderschönen Balkon. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief perfekt: Ganz lieben Dank an Salvador!!!!!!
Contras: Es gab sehr viel Geschirr, aber leider war einiges davon schmutzig sowie teilweise war am Geschirr schon was abgeplatzt. Der Wasserkocher ist sehr verkalkt.

Pros: Jättefin lägenhet, perfekt för två par plus eventuell någon mer person med sovplats i bäddsoffa. Underbart läge i hamnen med bästa utsikten ut mot hamnen. Ingen direkt sol in på terassen vilket var skönt efter soliga fina dagar. Två stora sovrum med stora dubbelsängar och eget badrum till båda rummen som låg i var sin ända av lägenheten. Balkongen gick hela vägen utmed lägenheten. Hammock, klädstreck, maktgrupp och stor loungegrupp. Köket var jättefint med allt man vill ha. Välstädat och trevlig lägenhet. Jättesköna sängar. Poolen på taket var jättefin med solstolar utställda på egna avsatser så man kan ligga något avskilt. Rekommenderas varmt. Kommer gärna tillbaka igen.
Contras: Inget negativt !

Pros: A beautiful location with fantastic outside space. Great communication from the host who was most accommodating. So close to all the amenities including lovely restaurants, the beach and the views over the marina I would never tire of.
