Poble Sec Apartment

Pros: Great location, big apartment with many toys, books and dvds for children.

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Barcelone entre Montjuic, Poble Sec et ses restos de Pinchos, Montjuic, la Rambla

Contras: Le prix est un peu conséquent mais compte tenu de la situation et de la ville, c'est beaucoup moins cher que certains taudis ou hotels que nous avons pu faire à Paris par exemple

Pros: Great location just a block away from a “tapas street”, 7 mins walk to the nearest metro station, a few minutes fr9m the Montjuic park and hill and many shops and bars. The area is safe with mixed population and some 15-20 mins walk to La Rambla. The flat is quite spacious, the living room and one of the bedrooms is of good size, the other bedroom is smaller and the kitchen tiny but well equipped. Although it is an older flat, everything was in good working order and well looked after. It is a great base for a smaller family, there is a bunk bed and travel cot available and several children’s games and books. It is not a luxurious, modern designer flat, but is has a charm on its own, is comfortable and practical. We enjoyed the stay there, will be seriously considering to return here as the accommodation has all what we wanted and expected. The owner is nice, punctual and always responds to emails, sms etc.

Contras: We liked the accommodation and there are hardly any negative points. When booking this, consider that the apartment is on the first floor, the staircase is rather narrow. The street is relatively quiet but frequented by mopeds that resonate in the narrow streets of this neighbourhood. Also opening the doors to the flat needs some getting used to. The area is well lit and we felt safe there but the streets are not the cleanest.

Pros: The property was very nice and equipped with everything that is needed. Poble-sec is a great neighbourhood with good restaurants and convenient transport routes. David was a very helpful host

Contras: The property is a fair distance from the beach, but can be reached by the metro.

Pros: The apartment was really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. There were enough towels for all of us and there were also toiletries and detergents. The wifi was OK. The apartment is really close to the city center and to the Port. There is a small street full of tapas bars very close. We enjoyed it. 😉

Pros: Nice, cozy, clean, big, comfortable, safe apartment. Located near the montjuic park and on the other side close to the metro and bus stop. Very satisfied. Excellent!

Pros: Really, great position, only 5 minutes to walk for metro and bus station. A lot of market and nice restaurants so also club in the aerea, no noise in the night. Apartment how to see pictures, clean and sunny. So kindly homeowner, purchase I can't know them, but her friend Marìa has been perfect and friendly, we have can leave lagguage Inside room 2 hours after check out.
