Pros: This apartment has a homely feeling, it isn't just a holiday let. It's comfortable, nicely equipped, light, spacious and has a pleasant view across the plaza from full length doors on the juliet balcony. Traffic noise is minimal, there is occasional street noise during the night which is typical of Spanish cities, but considering its central position in Madrid this apartment seemed quiet to us. We walked everywhere, it is so well located for all the main sights and areas. The kitchen is not large but has a good hob and cooker and plenty of equipment if you wish to cook at home. It's a great place to stay.
Contras: We have noticed that when travelling in Spain some Spanish bathrooms can be prone to the smell of drains. We found that leaving the plug in the sink in this bathroom helped to minimise this.

Pros: Everything. The apartment was perfect. Great location, decoration, facilities and realy everything.
Contras: A bit of bad smell from toilet, they were cleaned but the infrastructure maybe made the smell
