It has a private pool, 2 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and kitchen-dining room, two bathrooms ( a toilet and the other with a bathtub-shower), a private garden with a dining room under the vineyards and with palm trees. It is located in a white village in the Alpujarra of Almería, a quiet area but close to the sea and the beaches of Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar- just 20 min by car.

It is a quiet residential neighborhood of independent houses; 5 minutes walk from the center of the beautiful town, Enix- where you will find a square with a small shop with basic necessities, two traditional tapas bars and rations with local products, a 16th century church ... The urbanization also has a recently renovated playground. The town of Enix also has a local open swimming pool- open to public during the summer. It is advisable to come with a car (for example a rental) to be able to go on excursions and go down to Aguadulce or Roquetas de Mar beach (15-20 min by car). Also, about 40 min away - there is the wonderful Cabo de Gata Natural Park, with paradisiacal virgin beaches, crystal clear water and white coastal towns such as San José, Aguaamarga, Isleta del Moro or Mojacar. If you don't want to use a car- around Casa Jan you can enjoy many hiking rites in the mountains, and even go up the mountain by walking 10 minutes to a nearby bar with incredible views: ´´Las Tres Patas´´
