Pros: Very nice and cozy apartment, well equipped with everything needed, quiet neighbourhood, lovely landlord
Contras: Only one set of keys, which makes it a bit difficult for group of friends, fine for families.

Pros: Prima appartement met 3 slaapkamers, op centrale locatie in Adeje. Vriendelijke eigenaar (Ivar) die bij aankomst aanwezig was. 2 privé zwembaden (alleen zonder parasols), eigen parkeerplek in parkeergarage en Mercadona op 2 minuten lopen.

Pros: Apartment modernised, host met us and gave us keys and instructions
Contras: These are residential flats, and the block is area in the middle of a commercial area. Apartment was nice, smaller than expected but has no air conditioning. Although cool you needed to have doors and windows open - which was noisy and wafted through the neighbourhood cooking and smoking smells etc. We did not stay as I needed to move the kids to a more relaxed family holiday environment. I didn’t like the commercial area or the residential block/complex.

Pros: Lovely apartment, in a lovely location. The swimming pool area is perfect and not busy at all which is great. The host answered all my questions in advance of arriving and gave us a good tour of the facilities when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.
Contras: For the two small bedrooms it would be good to have safety bars over the windows as there is a risk there for small children. A few extra bits in the apartment would be nice e.g. some water in the fridge on arrival, spare toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc but this is only a minor thing.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and decorated nicely. Central location. Lovely pool area.
Contras: Misleading in the sense that the apartment is actually in a residential complex called palmeras del sur and not actually called Quincoces. Very noisy with residents playing music at night. The kitchen and floors not very clean, we had wash all the plates and cutlery before we could use it. Lots of stairs which wasn’t ideal with the little one in the pram.

Pros: The location is great. Cozy, three bedrooms. Comfortable with children. Garage.
Contras: Noisy house, neighbors, cool (not Sunny side). There aren't enough towel hooks in the toilets. Kitchen / toiletries-at a minimum, (2 rolls of toilet paper for five per week), had to buy a rag, sponge, toilet paper and paper towels, garbage bags. There was no pillow or blanket in the crib. The child slept on a large pillow and under a bedcover from the other bed.
