Rambla Batlló Apartments

Pros: It was a very central location, with lots of local eateries at the door step. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was weel appointed.

Contras: It would have been good to have a clothes washer there. Some crockery was chipped. There was only one bed lamp.

Pros: расположение супер, самый центр у метро. дом Бальо- ваш сосед будет. в квартире есть все нужное для проживания.

Contras: кровать малова-то для двоих. хотелось бы плотные шторы, чтобы соседи не смотрели в окна.

Pros: We had some concerns about our visit to Barcelona as riots had taken place in the days leading up to our visit. We called the contact number and spoke to Jennifer....she was wonderful and totally put our minds at rest, we are so pleased we did, a truly amazing trip. The apartment was 1st class....the location was fantastic, we were within walking distance of everything. The apartment couldn't be faulted in anyway...clean, well equipped, spacious....we loved it. A special mention must be made for Jennifer, not only did we speak to her before the trip, she was amazing throughout the trip and helped us whenever we got in touch with her.

Contras: Unfortunately we had torrential storm during our stay. The rainwater must drain away inbetween the buildings...somehow? The drainage system runs right next to to bed (outside wall), the sound of running water could be heard all night, making it difficult to sleep on one night.

Pros: The apartment was very nice, modern, cozy, very clean. It is more like a studio apartment; our daughter slept in the living room on the pull out couch (very comfortable). There was a sliding door between the living and the bedroom, which was a nice touch. The bedroom itself was very large, with lots of storage and very comfortable king size bed. On arrival we were greeted by Jennifer who was very friendly and helpful. Her English was excellent. A nice surprise was the Nespresso machine in the kitchen; we got to try different pods from the close by "mini mercados" where prices are very reasonable. The street has the traditional "rambla" style with the large sidewalk i the middle (middle-walk ?) lined with restaurants and cafes, some of which we enjoyed for dinner or just a cocktail and a coffee. We could also do a little shopping-there were many boutiques on both sides of the street. We were able to walk everywhere, the location is great. As an example, it took us about 10-15 minutes to get to Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla. The walk to Sagrada Familia was longer, about 45 minutes, but it was great to see the streets and regular people, living their "non touristy" lives. All in all, a wonderful experience, we will be back!

Contras: The entrance to the building should have a clearer sign, we were a little confused in the beginning, not sure this was where we were supposed to be. Maybe a picture of the entrance from the street would be helpful.

Pros: Staff lovely, both times we have stayed Location perfect Overall space excellent, with space to sit, eat, relax away from the bedroom area.

Contras: The kitchen units require upgrade, apart from the electricals ie kettle/microwave I would suggest complete overhaul as the spsce is perfect. Re configure bathroom, walk in shower would be better and take less space. Suggest sliding door or folding, again would take up less space. No working light in the bedroom.

Pros: Даже не ожидали, на сколько удобным оказалось расположение, а именно- на одной из центральных улиц Барселоны. Услугами такси не пользовались, легко нашли сами с помощью Google-карты. Обратно до терминала аэропорта также добирались на автобусе, так как конечная станция Аэробуса- площадь Каталонии, находится всего в 5 минутах ходьбы от апартаментов. Метро- 2-3 минуты ходьбы. 3-4 станции на метро- и вы на пляже, а это значит, что 15 минут- и вы загораете на пляже или освежаетесь в море.)) До рынка Боккерия- 10 минут неспешным шагом. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, а проживание прямо напротив « Дома Костей» и дома Амальйо-вообще впечатляет!!! В качестве бонуса- с 20.00 до 22,00 на крыше Дома костей- концерт живой музыки, так что Релакс вам будет обеспечен.)))) Рядом огромное количество небольших продуктовых магазинчиков, кафешек и огромное скопление разных торговых брендов. В апартаментах есть все, что нужно туристу. Чисто, опрятно, свежий ремонт. Вся техника в прекрасном рабочем состоянии. Вайфай работал бесперебойно. Спасибо владельцу за возможность остановиться в хорошем месте.

Contras: После уборки номера ( после выселения предыдущих гостей), несколько дней стоял резкий запах бытовой химии. Возникла путаница с бронированием размещения, что потребовало обращения на горячую линию. Спасибо сотрудникам букинга за помощь в решении возникшего недопонимания, благодаря вашему вмешательству проблема решилась намного оперативнее. Искреннее спасибо!!!!

Pros: Great location, modern and cozy, confortable bed.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé. Très confortable. Très calme car il donne sur l'intérieur. Bien équipé. On a manqué de rien.

Contras: Au 6e étage d'un immeuble en travaux.

Pros: La ubicacion

Contras: La limpieza, encontré uñas en la mesa de luz, los aires no funcionan correctamente, la instalación eléctrica no soporta los artefactos( horno, anafe, lavarropas, lavavajillas y aires acondicionados), al intentar usar el orno, salta la luz, al poner en maximo el anafe, salta la luz, etc
