Residencia El Duque - 1, VILLA MARIUS

Pros: Everything , perfect location , perfect new year destination 😎

Contras: There was nothing I did not like 😎

Pros: The property was a good size

Contras: The electricity and the fridge were dodgy. We had 4 power cuts and each time the fridge didn’t come back on. We had to cook all our Christmas food on Tuesday due to a failure overnight.

Pros: Big, open space, clean and comfortable. Easy check in

Contras: Roadworks next door which were very loud all day.

Pros: The house was as expected according to the description and photos. We loved it. It had almost everything we needed, including things for cooking and toys (and whole playroom) for the kid. All beds were comfy and we slept well, I think all of us. The pool in the complex was also quite nice, even large enough for a short swim, but mainly great for the kid and just cooling down. We did not try the AC, but it was nice it was there. The garage with direct house access was also appreciated. And: - bathrooms on all three floors - 5 minutes to the beach - Italian restaurant within the complex - 24/7 grocery store accross the street - fast enough internet - complimentary Cava

Contras: - no clothes drying rack - the only thing we really missed there Minor things: - the garage was just big enough for Opel Zafira and not very easy to get into - the street on the E side was a bit noisy - some windows/doors were hard to close tighly, hence the comment above - some door handles squeaked

Pros: Great location and pool

Pros: Muy limpia y amplia. La piscina climatizada.

Contras: Agua caliente no llega a la ducha de la planta superior. En la zona de barbacoa el árbol necesita una poda ya que impide estar cómodo en ésta por poner un pero.

Pros: Host meet us on arrival and introduced us to the area and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in a perfect area, with everything in walking distance, such as; shops and beach.
