Pros: La ubicación es inmejorable , no necesitas metro ni taxi. El balcón o terraza es excelente para tomar desayuno o disfrutar la noche.

Contras: El proceso de llegada , no hay a quien preguntar ya que son departamentos y si uno no tiene teléfono como es mi caso que vengo de Chile complica mucho .

Pros: La terraza es una maravilla , la ubicacion es perfecta , esta aseado y tiene lo indispensable para poder pasar unos dias geniales , no tiene lujos , basico pero no hace falta mas , la recojida de llaves genial 😀, repetiremos seguro , muy buena combinación con metro , bus , un saludo

Contras: Por poner algun dato negativo pero no es grave q la luz de la terracita no iba pero vamos q no es q no nos gustara es q queriamos salir de noche y la bombilla estaba fundida

Pros: La ubicación y los servicios. Por el previo esta muy bien y que hubieran toallas y manta también fue un plus.

Contras: Que no tuviera enchufes cerca de la cama para poder cargar el pc.

Pros: The location is the best thing about this flat. On a side street, half a block from the famous Calle Gran Via, the flat is conveniently located for walking to the main tourist sites of Madrid. It is also about 7 minutes walk to the Metro Station. We walked to the Royal Palace in one direction and as far as the Prado Museum in the other direction. It is a basic flat on the top floor of an apartment building. There are 2 lifts, but one was not operational. The flat has a small bedroom with table and chairs, bathroom, and a stove top/sink/small refrigerator in the hall. Minimal dishes and cookware, but it was adequate Good internet A large closet was handy for storing our luggage. Because the flat is so small, the open-air terrace was an especially useful retreat. There are good locks on the doors and sometimes there was a man in the lobby watching things.Recommended for the location and the price.

Pros: Расположение - очень удачное, самый центр, мы четвертый раз в Мадриде, это место - лучшее по расположению. Выпить утром кофе на балконе с видом на окрестные дома в стиле модерн (Гран Виа) - это супер.

Contras: Рядом с домом находится бар, который работает до 6 утра (во всяком случае, в ночь с субботы на воскресенье). Всю ночь было очень шумно, стеклопакет не спасал, спать было невозможно. Рекомендую этот объект только туристам с крепкой нервной системой и беспробудным сном.
