Pros: The apartment style is like the 1940's years, high ceilings, the big bright living room. The Metro station is only a 5 min walk, there's many little supermarkets, cafés around. Very clean, and everything you need, like at home, full kitchen (there's also washing machine!) If you like soccer, weekdays evenings they used the open-air football field between the houses, (a few meters far from the balcony!) it's like a wide-screen play, but they didn't disturb us at all, even if finished late, around 11 p.m., weren't loud at all. There's elevator in the house.
Contras: The big living room is sunny and bright, but the kitchen, bathroom, and the two other rooms are very small, and no natural light. They have windows, but they look onto ugly (and sometimes noisy and smelly) air-shaft, the apartment is on the 1st floor, so no daylight in these rooms, unfortunately. Also, the wallpapers, paintings, the balcony, and the tiny bathroom needs a bigger-smaller facelift. It would be more beautiful, and more satisfying for the money.
