Sant Pau Apartments

Pros: Appartement sympathique, calme, bien équipé au 5ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur. Jolie petite terrasse avec belle vue sur la Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. Excellente communication avec notre hôte pour récupérer les clés.

Contras: Le système de chauffage/climatisation est très bruyant dans la chambre à coucher. Le mobilier en bois sur la terrasse est en mauvais état.

Pros: The stay at Sant Pau Apartments exceeded our expectations. Not only is the location (and the view) excellent, because of its proximity to stores, public transport and the beautiful hospital on the opposite of the street, but on top of that, Michel was a very friendly and accommodating host, who made sure that we enjoyed our precious time in Barcelona to the max! Communicating with him was easy, clear and friendly. We wholeheartedly recommend Sant Pau Apartments to anyone visiting this lovely city.

Contras: There was nothing we disliked about the apartment. We had to think long and hard to come up with something to write here. Okay... there was no pizza-slicer present in the kitchen drawer. That's it, really. :)))

Pros: The location is perfect: 1 min from the metro station, less than 10 mins walk to Sagrada Familia. The place is very comfortable for two, quiet, convenient, and secure. Breathtaking view on Sant Pau hospital.

Contras: Nothing to mention

Contras: Internet didn't work and the shower neither.

Pros: Lokalizacja genialna!Do przystanku metra 5 min. maksymalnie.Sagrada Familia ok. 10-15 minut spacerkiem.Widok z balkonu na piękny Szpital św. Pawła ( zabytek wpisany na listę światowego dziedzictwa UNESCO ).W pobliżu liczne kafejki, sklep z pieczywem. Same mieszkanko małe i skromne ale wszystko co niezbędne było dostępne ;)

Pros: Great location outside of city centre. Close to some really good attractions. Apartment overlooked historic site with beautiful sunsets. Our host, Michel was wonderful and went out of his way to help us upon our late arrival - we were very grateful.

Contras: Nothing, except maybe for the riots which prevented us from seeing as much as possible.

Pros: 位置一级棒，出门很方便，地铁站很近，超市离得很近，买到任何生活上的用品。 房间的设施齐全，露台很棒 厨房设备齐全，在附近的超市买了很多食物原材料，自己做饭很有家里的感觉，下次来还会选择住这里。

Contras: 有洗衣机但没找到洗衣粉，自己去超市买了，但都是大包装的，为了几天的住宿买一大包比较浪费。

Pros: traumhafter Ausblick

Pros: There are two apartments on the top floor - we ended up staying in both because of (our) scheduling change which our hosts helped us with. The first, Deluxe apartment, is bigger, and has a washing machine but no microwave (but I'm sure one could be arranged if necessary). It has a beautiful view into a giant "courtyard" formed by a block of apartment buildings filled in with smaller homes, the skyline of Barcelona and the sea in the distance, and so it was also very quiet. The other apartment, which we had booked, was smaller but had a stunning view onto the Sant Pau modernist former hospital building complex, with a little more street noise, but that didn't bother us as we had the (good) air conditioner running and the balcony shields some direct noise. This second one also has afternoon sun, so it was nice to sit on the balcony late afternoon (it was not too hot in September). Otherwise both apartments were easy to access with the elevator, felt secure, were in a nice area of town, easy walk to bus or metro. The beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very nice and offered to provide anything else that we needed - but the apartment was well equipped. Communication before was super-responsive and helpful. If you are a big walker, all the major Barcelona sites are walkable or could be combined with a bus/metro ride to a more central starting point. We had been looking for an apartment with a view of Sagrada Familia (which is a ten minute walk away) and we stumbled on this...as I said, the view was stunning here and we just could not get tired of it!!

Contras: The outside furniture could use an upgrade soonish - but it was still ok.
