The apartment is just one (1!) minute walk from Playa Deveses, the finest beach around Denia . From the big balcony you can enjoy the view of the nearby sea and the charming small houses in the surrounding area. The apartment has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed and one room with two single beds. All beds are new and comfortable from IKEA. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, tv with dvd player as well as dining table with 4 chairs. Even the balcony has dinner furniture. Kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer and a micro. The bathroom has shower and a washing machine. The apartment has it's own parking space on a locked parking. There are restaurants and a small foodstore in the neigborhood and by car it's not more than 5 minutes to Lidl and other big stores.
The fantastic beach "Playa Deveses" is only 30 m (1 minute walk) from the apartment without crossing any streets. Several restaurants are nearby and so is also a center for surfers. The charming town Denia is 15 km away. With more then 350 cafes and restaurants and with a lot of shops, Denia is excellent for shopping, eating, or maybe for a coffee at the beautiful main street Calle Marques de Campo. Or why not take a walk at the harbour of Denia with a glass of rosé wine on the excellent restaurant Republic to watch all the big yachts in the sun. For those who play golf is Oliva Nova, one of Spain's finest golf courses, only 5 km from the apartment. Almost every day of the week there is a market in one of towns around and on Sundays there is the food and wine gourmet market in the little artist village of Jesus Pobre. Opened 17-23 in the summer and 9-14 during the winter season. A really nice Sunday trip both summer and winter.
