Rental Central Spain is a small company on Costa del Sol and particularly in Marbella dedicated to holiday rentals and vacation homes management. On the picture it´s me-Sara. But we are a young team of 3. Two girls (Sara and Stef) and one guy- Alex. It will be one of us, who will hand you the keys and show you the place. You will be in touch with one of us, shortly after you confirm your booking. We will be available for any additional questions you might have. Please consult our check-in and check-out policy. However if you have got a special requirement for the check-in or check-out we always try to be flexible. Usually for check-ins after 9 pm we charge an additional fee of 50 euros. This does not apply for the check-outs. We can also organize you a transfer or rent-a-car as well as help you with booking excursions or some adventure activities.
The apartment is brand-new and it is softly decorated in a holiday spirit. It is fully equipped with all new appliances, bedding and towels. On the terrace there is a big BBQ and a dining tables, so you can enjoy a nice meal while contemplating the see, the swimming pool and the forest views. It is situated in a 24-hour gated complex Santa-Maria , with life surveillance. The apartment has it´s own parking space. The building has elevator and can get easy access for disabled people. The complex counts with 4 big swimming pools. One of them is right next to our building. We strongly recommend this apartment for families or couples. The apartment counts with play station 3 console , board game,magazines and guidebooks. We are kindly asking our guest to respect those last , so the next guest can also cherish them. AS THE COMPELX IS UP THE HILL OF ELVIRIA,WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE GUST TO HAVE A CAR.
Situated only 6-7 minutes by car from the beach and all famous beach clubs e.g. Nikki Beach etc you can relax all together being in the spotlights of the summer parties.Elvira offers many culinary places, features big supermarkets and activities for kids and families.
