SeBrilla - Home in Seville (V33-1)

Pros: Locatie op loopafstand van centrum. Sevilla is prachtige stad.

Contras: Tijdens ons verblijf een stroomstoring van 18 uur (van 21 uur tot de volgende dag 15 uur) in het hele appartementencomplex. Zelfs de noodverlichting viel op een gegeven moment uit. De informatie die we kregen over deze storing was minimaal.

Pros: The location is central

Contras: The house is undergoing contruction at the moment. Either the constructions works itself or the new rewiring caused several blackouts each day. We then had to reset the fuse. This not only affected our flat but most of the flats in the building. It is no fun to be left under the shower in the dark with cold water. I would recommend that booking.com takes the property of the website until this issue is resolved.

Pros: Nel centro.

Contras: A differenza di quanto stabilito in fase di prenotazione tramite booking: - ci hanno imposto l'orario del Check-in, essendo Natale per cui entro le ore 18.00 e non le ore 22.00, per cui ho dovuto rinunciare a mezza giornata a Granada e rivedere l'orario di partenza visto che ci spostavamo in autobus; - i tempi per il pagamento del saldo non in fase di check-in ma prima che arrivassimo, pur avendo versato l'acconto. Inoltre deludente il rapporto con il cliente quasi escusivamnete tramite mail, era difficle comunicare per telefono. La casa ha deluso le nostre aspettative era decadente, e il 4° letto l'ho dovuto montare personalmente ( due puff posti sotto il 3° letto) in quanto chi ci ha ricevuto non era conoscenza dell'esistenza del 4° posto letto. Quanto pagato non corrispondeva alle nostre aspettative. Non la consiglio.

Pros: Perfect location in a small street in the downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the place was really quiet so it was easy to sleep well here! The style of the appartement is really very charming! They also had washing machine,really well equipped apartment!

Contras: For the last day I had ordered through the host earlier a taxi. But unfortunately the taxi didn’t show up on time and I had to quickly get another taxi to get to the bus station on time. This was a little bit stressful and unexpected last minute happening...but after all this wasn’t really the fault of the host,rather the unreliable taxi driver!

Pros: Comfortable bed and fabulous location

Contras: Pillows too high.
