Super 5th floor, 1 bedroom apartment located in the Skol building, in the heart of Marbella. It has East orientation and wonderful views over the community pools, gardens and the sea. This apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment comprises a spacious living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, a dining area for 4 people, a flat-screen TV and access to the furnished terrace. Open kitchen fully equipped with hob, microwave, fridge ... everything you need to cook! Bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. There is a 24-hour reception with free Wi-Fi, three community swimming pools, one of them for children, a cafeteria in the seasonal open gardens and direct access to the promenade.
