Este alojamiento está a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. El Aljamar 8a es una villa familiar amplia situada en Nerja, a 500 metros de la playa de Burriana y a 1,4 km del Balcón de Europa. El establecimiento fue construido en 2004 y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado, terraza y conexión WiFi gratuita.
La villa está equipada con TV de pantalla plana, 4 dormitorios y sala de estar. El alojamiento también dispone de cocina bien equipada y baño con bañera.
El establecimiento cuenta con un patio con barbacoa y piscina privada.
Marion and Felipe Alvarez de la Gala are the direct owners and we enjoyed a good reputation for hosting our guests since we started to offer summer and short term vacations. We have a small team of cleaners and have our own handyman and so we attend to any problems which may arise in the shortage possibe time where necessary employing a specislist technician. For instance at the time of scribing this we are employing an airconditioning technician as one of units has a faulty part. We enjoy meeting people from all over the world and can respond to any language messages as we can use google translation services for this. We are supposed to be retired but as we have 5 excellent properties in great locations in Nerja we much prefer to rent out our properties rather than sitting watching television as we take pleasure in meeting and greeting our guests and always respond to feedback provided. For example last winter prior to the villa being occupied for 4 months we took out the bath in one of the family bathrooms (there are two) and installed a walk-in shower. This was recommended by older guests who appreciated the ability to just walk in to the shower. We enjoy meeting people.
