Pros: Great location in posh, walkable, urban neighborhood close to everything, yet outside of the most dense and touristy part of the city that has confusing parking/driving restrictions. Apartment has spacious comfortable layout, modern furniture, bathroom, and kitchen. Well equipped for cooking and doing laundry. Plenty of hangers, completely empty closets, drawers in bedrooms and bathrooms for guests’ full use. Very comfortable firm mattresses. Once we arrived host was very accommodating and easy to contact.
Contras: While I appreciated that there was not an accumulation of previous guests random cooking and bathroom supplies that often clutter tourists apartments, there were not enough basic supplies to cover the length of our stay, such as dish washer tablets, trash bags, toilet paper. There were no paper towels, napkins or laundry detergent whatsoever. In the showers there is no surface, shelf, basket where to place shampoo/soap, so you have to either stoop over or open the shower door repeatedly when you bathe. Guests must plan to shop for basic cleaning supplies upon arrival. I was weary of booking initially because I couldn’t easily find the property website (ended up being on the the fifth page of my google search) or reviews on third party websites. Furthermore, as of our stay, it does not appear on google maps when searching the property name. But rest assured, the property is legitimate and is very nice.
