This finca is located in one of the best areas in the centre of Mallorca. On 130 m2 living space you will find a comfortable and bright accommodation. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace, a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The terrace is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs and a barbecue. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with balcony and bathroom. The new pool (8x4 m) with 6 sun beds and parasols is in front of the house. Mallorca is an island for cyclists - and the Finca is the perfect starting point. Besides a floor pump, tools and a corner for cleaning the bikes are at your disposal. Upon request, rental bikes can be arranged.
