I was born in Los Angeles in 1993 but I grew up in Las Vegas which is where I lived and went to primary school. My mother is American and my father from the Basque Country. When I was 14 I came to live to La Costa del Sol. I've already been here several times on holidays as a kid, specifically in Sitio de Calahonda. Once in Spain I studied administrative support and deepened on accountancy and finances. I worked for 3 years as an accountant and tax advisor and in 2017 I started AITOR'S Property Management.

The south facing balcony is a lovely private space to relax, enjoy the views and make the most of the wonderful sunny climate. It has a dining table with four comfortable chairs and a gas BBQ. Perfect for meals outside and enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine or G&T.
Sitio de Calahonda is a tranquil urbanisation with unspoiled beaches and the famous boardwalk which extends through the beach from La Cala de Mijas to Cabopino port. Puerto Banús is only a 15 minutes drive away from the apartment. You can walk to La Luna Playa in just 10 minutes through a lovely shaded woodland nature trail or follow the path through the lovely gardens of Los Jardines de Calahonda. Both routes bring you to a walkway straight to La Luna Playa and it's wonderful beach and Chiringuito. A 15 minute walk along the shaded woodland trail or down Avenida España with it's lovely villas brings you to a plaza where you can find everything you need. There you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and even medical facilities as well as two well stocked supermarkets. Bar 97 is a 2 minute walk and offers warm welcome and food and refreshments on their terrace with views of the sea. A car is not essential when staying at Caserío as there is a wide range of facities within walking distance of the apartment.
