Central Apartment

Pros: La posizione è comoda, si possono raggiungere a piedi il mare (monumento a Colombo) e la Rambla. Metropolitana vicinissima. Appartamento sufficientemente confortevole per una famiglia di quattro persone.

Contras: Le finiture e l'arredo dell'appartamento sono modeste. L'appartamento al nostro arrivo sembrava decentemente pulito, ma le stoviglie e le posate non lo erano perfettamente. Il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato un grosso insetto in bagno. Un suggerimento: dotare l'appartamento di un piccolo kit di cortesia (dentifricio, olio, sale, zucchero, magari anche caffè).

Pros: Место расположения относительно основных достопримечательностей. Близость к метро. Квартира чистая и комфортная.

Pros: Alvaro was nice and professional.

Contras: The appartment is on a 4th floor plus entresol that means a real 5th floor, no elevator. Too many narrow steps for elder people and even for young people with more than 1 carry on. My father fell down and i had to look for another appartment with elevator. I requested a refund, considering my father's accident but they said I had a non refundable reservation. I only stayed there 1 night instead of 8 already payed. I thought they could make a first time courtesy and wave the penalty but they didn't. It was the most expensive night I could pay in Barna, more than €1000. Central Appartment you lost one frequent guest, i work for hospitality industry for many years and being flexible and take care of our guests must be the priority. Totally disappointed.

Pros: Good facilities, good location. Sleeping sofa and bed were great for our 4 people stay. I liked the option to put rental desposit with my card instead of cash.

Contras: It was way too loudly from outside even though we are not that sensitive to this. There was constant bad smell in the apartment which was explained as smells coming from kitchens of neighbour flats and we were informed to keep one of the window shut, but it didn't help through our 3 days stay.

Pros: Prostorné, čisté, dostatečně vybavená kuchyně. Skvělá lokalita. V okolí dostatek obchodů s potravinami i možnosti se najíst.

Contras: Byt byl asi v 5. patře bez výtahu, takže nevhodné ubytování pro fyzicky méně zdatné jedince /úzké, točité schodiště/.

Pros: Well located property. They should note in the listing its 5 flights including 86 stairs to get to the unit with no lift. Clean but small, but guess that's what you get in central large European cities.

Contras: Bedroom was great, the living area space was very small. Didn't like the access and didn't realize that until we go there.

Contras: Minder is dat het 5 hoog is, maar wij waren vooral uithuizig

Pros: Appartamento pulito e ben accessoriato, a due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana! Sol e Alvaro (i proprietari) molto gentili e disponibili

Contras: Leggero cattivo odore nel bagno, niente di eccessivamente fastidioso.
