The apartment has 3 rooms, one bathroom and a living room. It is a very cozy and nice place. The apartment has one double bed in the bedroom,2 single beds in the second room and 1 single bed in the third room.The kitchen has everything you need.There are 2 Air conditioners- in the living room and in the wedding room ,TV,heaters in the other 2 rooms and ventilation,bad lines , towels ,hair dryer,iron,etc.The flat is situated in a 15 min walk from the center of the city, in a minute from the bus stop and tram and there are a lot of big supermarkets.It's not suitable for handicapped and elderly people,because it is on fourth floor without lift.Heavy luggage will be carried by the stuff. The district is very quiet, the flat is situated in the street with no traffic.Perfect place to stay. I speak english, spanish,russion.
