Perfect place to discover Barcelona. Apartment ideal for families with kids. Second room is very tinny, with bunk beds (we also have comfortable sofa-bed if necessary). Not suitable for big people. Parking facilities in the area (not in the street) not free. Plese respect neighbours rest. No parties and loud music allowed. Not suitable for young people and partylovers. Plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. Metro and Bus at walking distance, 10 minutes to the city center. Sagrada familia at walking distance. Elevator available. Apartment terraced. Refurbished in 2019. Extra cost for very late arrivals.
El Camp de l’Arpa is a neighbourhood of contrasts. It’s also residential, but there’s a clear distinction between its western part, which was remodeled by the expansion plan of 1860, and the rest of the area, whose residents rejected the transformation. Both neighbourhoods are quiet overall, although each of them has activity hubs on the pedestrianized Rogent and Clot streets. Friendly people and local families who like to live outside tourist attractions are to be found here! If you like things to go slow, don’t miss these neighbourhoods. And when you’re feeling in need of a little bit more bustle, just use the public transportation and head to the city centre! Cozy restaurants Clot Street and Market Square have the highest density of bars and restaurants in the area, where you can find different types of cuisine and some places suitable for a student’s budget.
