The property is a superb restored old Wine Producing FARM, a typical CATALAN MASIA, set in 1.722 by a french wine producer arriving to south of BARCELONA due to its micro-environmental conditions very favorable for grapes and high quality wine. The house is full of history, involved in the French Independence wars from 1808, and deeply immerse in the growth of wealthy wine producers families. The house was acquired and fully restored in 2007, using only a sustainable and environmental friendly technology. The house is fully supplied by solar energy, water is collected from the rain, sewage system re-uses the water for farming. All the restoration materials were supplied locally and using the old building and construction techniques. Eco friendly use of the house is properly explained, without renouncing to modern facilities as dishwashers, central heating, laundry or WIFI high speed connection. We are proud to be immersed in the PARC NATURAL DEL GARRAF, a forest and wild life protected area only 42 km, from Barcelona and 10 minutes from the golden beaches of SITGES. Private opened areas and closed gardens warrantees your intimacy and family life.

The area is full of cellars and cultural activities in the nearby villages of Sant Pere de Ribes and Sitges only 5 and 10 minutes far by car. The farm has two more houses. One with a riding school owned by the neighbors and another with is the house keeping porter and team house. Your host has a small cottage attached to the MAIN HOUSE where your will be hosted.
