Pros: the apartment was excellent for my family trip. the 4 bed apartment has 3 doors on to the shared outside space, the 5 bed only 1?. we booked the 4 bed and it was excellently equipped with 4 huge beds. The kitchen had everything we needed with dishwasher and washing machine also.There are 2 bathrooms in the property, 1 ensuite, 1 shared. The apartment is excellently situated about 10 mins walk from Plaza de Catalonia. there is a good coffee shop over the road and a really nice bar/restaurant a few doors away.
Contras: the odd little thing maybe needed updating or maintaining internally , but nothing that would ruin our stay.

Pros: Emplacement trop bien, tout à portée de main, métro tout près, bus et taxi aussi, spacieux, super espace extérieur, bien équipé.
Contras: Peu de luminosité dans les chambres bornes. Et pas de Shampoing ni de savon, malgré notre réclamation.

Pros: Nice apartment, clean and very good location. 5 bedrooms in the apartment and 2 extra rooms out by the patio. We did not use the room by the patio. Would recommend for groups.
Contras: The lighting in the apartment is not good, hard to do your makeup as there are no good lights. Bring your own makeup lights :) There is little to none sunlight out on the patio/garden.

Pros: The place was spacious and very well located. There was air conditioning in every room. Kitchen was well equipped.
Contras: Firstly the pictures are misleading. It looked like everyone had their own bathroom and the patio was private. Instead there was one private bathroom and one shared in between 3 rooms. Also there was only half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival and no bin bags. The patio is shared between at least 3 apartments and we were unfortunate to have very loud rude neighbours. The furniture itself had scratches and the couch had tears.

Pros: L'endroit, l'espace, la disposition des chambres, l'accès terrasse. Le bon accueil du préposé et ses bons plans.
Contras: Quelques problèmes de propreté. Cheveux sur les draps, dans la salle de bain, couette tachée
