Pros: Sehr freundliche Schlüsselübergabe und sehr gute Hinweise zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokalen. Der Vermieter hat sich dafür sehr viel Zeit genommen. Die Lage inmitten im Barrio de Santa Cruz war sehr gut, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Pros: Апартаменты расположены в переулке длиной метров 25-30. В заранее обозначенное время нас ждали. Заселили по нашей просьбе на несколько часов ранее установленного времени. Апартаменты небольшие, но функционально все необходимое есть. Тихо и уютно. Недалеко находится дом Пилата. В пешей доступности - рестораны, бары, кафе, два небольших сетевых супермаркета. Выходя из апартаментов, попадаешь на узкие средневековые улочки. Чтобы дойти до ближайшей автобусной остановки, нужно немного сноровки и умения ориентироваться, но, в принципе, это вполне преодолимо.
Contras: К сожалении, при заселении нам забыли наглядно объяснить особенности входной двери во внутренний дворик. С улицы дверь (кстати, довольно тяжелая) открывается обычным ключом. Наоборот, чтобы выйти на улицу, нужно нажать большую кнопку с изображением звонка. После этого дверь можно открывать.

Pros: Great location in the Old Town short distance from Catedral and Alcazar. Extremly welcome owner. He helped us to book flamenco show. The flat is cosy, clean and well equpipped. And the courtyard is dreamy. Truely recommend.
Contras: Thin walls and ceiling make the neighbours’ noises going through, but it is nothing truely.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at TH Amistad. The owner was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and in 10 minutes to the cathedral,nearby there are many fashion shops and restaurants. The location of the furniture at the flat was overcomplicated and uncomfortable. But this is just a small issue. A big plus is some kind of food ( flavoring,olive oil,vinegar, coffee and tea ) for your using. The owner has prepared 2 bottles of the water in the fridge! The good preparation to the guests.
