Contras: Ropa de cama y toallas muy usadas. Almohadas no valen, son cojines. Baño y cocina muy viejos. Estado general. No se puede acceder a la azotea si previamente no te explican que la llave funciona mal y tiene truco. Se oye todo el ruido de la calle y apartamentos contiguos

Pros: Rustig gelegen maar toch dichtbij het centrum. Voldoende ruimte voor 2 à 3 personen. Er zijn een aantal dingen om te koken (olie, kruiden, koffie, ...) Douchegel en shampoo ook aanwezig. Groot terras met tafeltje en stoelen
Contras: Wasmachine kon niet gebruikt worden

Pros: Perfect for a Sevilla stay ! Quiet but you can reach all the main attractions by walking ( Alameda 10 minutes/Giralda 10 minutes ) ! For us perfect ! The apt. is cosy with all amenities you need ! Maybe some more cooking accessories would be nice ! The nice terrace can be used from 10:00 to 22:00 !

Pros: Juan was absolutely lovely, patient, attentive and reponds immediately to your requests. The location of the apartment is ideal; there is a church next door with a priest that delivered intelligent sermons. The apartment itself has high ceilings and is well distributed with the appropriate basic furniture; it has a lovely terrace, which we didn’t use.
Contras: The pillows of both beds in the apartment 👎🏽👎🏽 really need to be replaced; these are old, smelly and flimsy. We had to take the two pillows of the living room sofa and cover them with our clothes. We were three people staying there for three nights and there were two small rolls of toilet paper, obviously it finished half way through our stay.... It was cold at night and there were no extra blankets, which is essential if you come from a country with no seasons.

Pros: Vanessa nous a accueilli pour la remise des clés. Elle a été très aimable et nous a expliqué ce que l'on pouvait faire à Séville en plus de nous expliquer ce qu'il y avait à savoir sur l'appartement. Ce dernier dispose d'une surface suffisante pour 3 personnes. Il est bien équipé même si la décoration est un peu rustique. Attention, pour les fans de TV, il n'y en a pas ! Mais le principal n'est-il pas de profiter de la jolie ville de Séville ? L'appartement se situe au premier étage et dans une impasse donc c'est calme.
Contras: Il est facile d'entendre les voisins car les murs ne sont pas épais. A part, cela tout était correct !
