Welcome to my property. My husband and I bought our holiday home in 2015. We had been coming to Nerja for several years and wanted to buy somewhere in Spain. When we saw Punta Lara urbanisation we decided this is where we wanted to be and this particular house had everything we wanted from a holiday home. It's close enough to Nerja to walk or get a bus if we are feeling lazy. The local beach is less than 10 minutes away, as is the bus stop and mini supermarket. The communal pool is a two minute walk away as are the local bar/restaurants. Oasis bar is our favourite as it is very family friendly and Toni the owner is a great cook. The house itself is very comfortable and although quite modern still feels very Spanish, which I love. The views from the roof top terrace are amazing and it's wonderful to watch the sunrise and sunset from up there. We have two good sized bathrooms and bedrooms which is great when the whole family are there. The kitchen has everything I need and the living dining room also has a terrace which is perfect for having breakfast from. We just love this house and I hope you really enjoy your time with us staying in our 'home from home'. Hope to see you back Jane

Punta Lara is a very pretty and friendly urbanisation on the outskirts of Nerja. There are 3 local bar restaurants, a communal pool, great views of the Almahara mountains and less than a ten minute walk to the local beach. It's a 30 minute walk into Nerja or you can get the local bus which runs regularly from the Marina de Nerja hotel at the bottom of the urbanisation. You can walk into Nerja from the beach where there are several beach bar restaurants serving local tapas and drinks or you can walk in beside the main road on the footpath. This might be slightly quicker but it's not as interesting. In Nerja itself there are too many restaurants to name. Every time we come we try different ones and we have never been disappointed yet. There are so many different activities to do in Nerja and if you go into the tourist information just off the Balcon de Europa they can give you lots of useful information of how you can spend time doing your favourite things on holiday.
