Traditional townhouse with a modern interior located in Algarrobo village. The ground floor comprises of a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The second floor boasts a chillout room leading to a small terrace. There is another floor with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. A five minute walk to the huge village swimming pool and a five minute drive to the beach. Due to the layout of the house we have decided the property is not suitable for children or babies.
After nearly twenty years in tourism marketing in England, I made the decision to move to the Costa del Sol - I've never looked back. I met my lovely Spanish husband ten years ago - my Spanish still isn't perfect! We've recently finished re-furbishing (August 2020) our lovely holiday home in Algarrobo - which we now offer for holiday rentals. I'm sure you will love the place as much as we do!
Algarrobo village is almost untouched by tourists and is conveniently situated near to the motorway, beaches, Nerja, Frigiliana, Sayalonga, Competa, Torrox and Malaga. Only thirty minutes to Malaga Airport. There are a few small supermarkets, a pharmacy, banks - lots of bars serving food for eat in or takeaway. The village has a beautiful park, two hermitages and a huge public swimming pool (summer only). Perfect location for nature lovers, walking and cycling. There is a regular bus service - one direction to the beach (7 minutes) and Torre del Mar, the other direction takes you to Competa and the surrounding villages. The motorway to Malaga airport is a couple of minutes away. A tourist train runs throughout the summer evenings from the village to Algarrobo Costa. There are plenty of parking place near to the property.
