Pros: Localização deslumbrante, facilita percursos turísticos à pé, permite desfrutar do ótimo terraço com vista para o porto. Mobiliário excelente, em particular o de cozinha.
Contras: Para ser minimamente justo, a diária deveria ser no máximo 80% da que foi cobrada. O package de receção - devidamente cobrado - foi de fraca qualidade, tendo sido comprado numa loja de (in)coveniência ao pé da edificação. Recomendaria que, a continuar a ser assim, não propusessem este extra. Não condiz com todo o resto do apartamento. O estacionamento é distante, em particular se houver que carregar bagagem (por entre ruas do centro histórico).
