Ullastre is a new construction two-storey farmhouse that boasts inside airy rooms with high ceilings and wooden beams and outside spacious terraces with lovely panoramic views. The ground floor boasts an airy open living/dining area with patio doors to the spacious terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast table and access to the utility room. From the kitchen there is access the dining area and also the side terrace with the barbecue area. This floor also boasts guest toilet, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with access to the terrace with great panoramic views; both share a separate bathroom. The first floor boasts a twin and a double bedroom; both bedrooms have a private terrace with panoramic views and share a spacious bathroom. The outside is spacious with plenty sunny and covered areas, a lawned front garden, some palm and carob trees and a large terrace at the back with superb panoramic views. The large private pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun beds; the ideal spot to enjoy the long summery days.
