Pros: De communicatie met Alex was ok. Hij bood zijn excuses aan voor het gedrag van Nugo. De keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden.

Contras: We werden ontvangen door ene Nugo..die erg onbeleefd en onprofessioneel was. De Wi-Fi liet te wensen over. Als we zelf geen internet hadden zou dit een groot probleem zijn geweest. Voor deze prijs zijn er betere accommodaties te vinden. De badkuip, waarin er gedoucht moest worden was verstopt en er was geen gordijn om het water tegen te houden, waardoor de hele ruimte inclusief toilet onder water stond na het douchen.

Pros: The flat is in a very good area of the town.

Contras: The internet was free but unfortunately not unlimited (from 14 nights, our vacation, in 7 days we didn't have internet....), fact not specified on booking/the host when we arrived in a first day, when we complained about the internet the host told us that is not unlimited; the electric power has some problems: if we used in the same time the conditioned air and the oven, for example, the electrical power falls...….

Contras: 住三天都有跳電，只有線路老舊，其它都很好。

Pros: Muy amplios los ambientes del apartamento. Muy bien equipado.

Pros: The location is great! Walking distance to Passeig de Graicia and Plaza España. Very nice neighborhood, close to 2 metro stations. There is a park, a lot f mini markets, bars, restaurants, bakery. In the appartment there was everything! Fully fitted kitchen, plates, glasses, TV, air conditioning. Nice living room for relax, comfortable pillows in the bedroom, big bathroom. The owner was very helpful and the communication was easy.

Contras: The windows are not very good isolated, the noice from the street was disturbing. The bedroom is facing a big street so there are cars 24/7. There were few small things in the apartment that need to be repaired. The apartment is not serviced which means that no one is changing the sheets or the towels.

Pros: Perfect locationn walking distance from bus stations and metro. the apartment is so spacious and clean and there are supermarkets nearby. Our stay here makes our Barcelona trip truly amazing...highly recommendable place to stay in Barcelona...

Pros: La amplitud y luminosidad del apartamento. La ubicación, el equipamiento y la amabilidad de Alejandro y Natalia.

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les principaux points d’intérêt. De façon générale, il correspond à la description donnée. L’accueil par le représentant du propriétaire a été rapide, ponctuel et correct. Le petit balcon est fort agréable.

Contras: Une deuxième chaise sur le balcon serait appréciée. Les volets du salon ne s’abaissent pas complètement; ce commentaire a été formulé par plusieurs clients, mais rien n’a été fait pour les réparer efficacement. L’équipement est extrêmement réduit, par exemple un seul verre de vin. Les casseroles et les poêles étaient TRÈS mal lavées, malgré le prix élevé payé pour le ménage. On ne trouve absolument rien dans l’appartement pour aider à amorcer le séjour : pas de sel, sucre, thé, etc. et encore moins une bouteille d’eau. La grande majorité des appartements loués avec Booking sont plus accueillants à cet égard.

Pros: Apartment is not that far from main locations, so you can take a walk till Rambla and etc.

Contras: The apartment was not very clean and the sheets were with holes (old..). Also it was very noisy at night, as apartments windows are to the street side. uncomfortable beds
