This air-conditioned 2 bedroom/1 bathroom villa (sleeps 5) with large HEATED private pool (8mx4m) in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The private pool will be 28°C (1 March - 30 November) if the villa is reserved at least 7 days prior to arrival. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine ... There are 3 terraces (1 closed, 1 open, 1 sun terrace) all overviewing the garden and pool. From the sun terrace you have a nice view on the mountains, natural park, light house and a small sea view. My husband Herwig and I (Karolyn) have two boys, Alexander (12) and Matthias (10). We purchased this Villa in 2016 We purchased the property because my parents have a home in Marcolina (2 streets away) and we love the area with all its accomadations for families with young children.
