Villa Cherrie is a stunning villa which is superbly located on a quiet residential street in the popular area of Riviera del Sol. The main bars, restaurants and supermarkets of the area can be easily reached in five minutes on foot and the beach is a seven-minute walk away. The villa is spread over two floor with the entrance floor offering a spacious entrance hall which leads into a fantastic living and dining area on one side and the kitchen/breakfast area on the other side. Additionally on this floor is a guest WC, a storage area and a bar and games room with pool table and music system. All areas lead on to a large terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Heading down the staircase you will arrive at five large bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes, and three bathrooms. All bedrooms having access to the garden and four of them have a beautiful view of the large swimming pool and garden. Within the garden you will find numerous sun loungers around the swimming pool, gazebo area, BBQ and dining area, table tennis and a pleasant grassed area.
