At the front of the villa is the wonderful 18m x 3m HEATED swimming pool, which is perfect for the serious swimmer or just for cooling off on a hot afternoon. The pool benefits from an electric cover that maintains the temperature for out of season enjoyment. The pool is surrounded by beautiful handmade terracotta tiles and beautiful views, providing the perfect place for both relaxing and sunbathing. At one end of the pool is a cabana complete with a lounge sofa and low table, ideal for taking a break from the hot sun while chilling and enjoying the stunning views. Off the kitchen and dining area is a great entertaining terrace which is private, spacious and enjoys stunning views out across the Mediterranean sea. It is fully equipped with a large gas BBQ and easy access to the kitchen.
