Villa Dunia

Pros: As a younge couple we loved the peaceful villa & the tranquil Marina Rubicon close by. The villa was spotless, modern but with a homely feel. The decor was fresh with a lovely sea theme that suited the surrounding area. You could really tell that the owner had put some love into this villa and paid attention to the small details that took this property to the next level of excellence. The pool, although a little small was still nice to swim in (a little to cold for December) but looked lovely lit up at night. The well kept garden had an array of interesting plants and cacti. We appreciate the extra privacy that the hedgerows provided. The property felt safe and secure. The owner was quick to respond to any queries we had and was so helpful at providing local information. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Contras: The pool was a little small and to cold for December. But you can't help the weather.

Pros: The villa was fabulously well equipped, way better than usual villas. It was very homely and every little detail was catered for. The villa was convenient for supermarkets and the Marina is 15 minutes walk with lots of restaurants to choose from. The bus service into town is very efficient, every 30 minutes and taxi's are plentiful.

Contras: Better pillows would have been good! Pool was cold (but it was November)! No UK TV stations which wasn't a massive problem.

Pros: Clean and comfortable and well furnished. Great location to walk to all beaches, marina and Playa Blanca. Good supermarkets nearby.

Pros: Todo! La villa es muy bonita, acogedora, y decorada con mucho gusto. No le falta detalle para que tu estancia sea perfecta. La zona exterior con la piscina una gozada...había veces que daban ganas de no moverse de allí en todo el día! Marta super maja y muy atenta. Gracias por todo, hemos vuelto super relajados😉 Lanzarote nos ha encantado y en parte ha sido gracias a Villa Dunia. Sin duda repetiremos!

Pros: Perfect location beaches and marina easy costal stroll away. The supermarket is only a stones throw away plenty of cold beer 🍺 Lovely quiet location everything we hoped Marta was excellent booking taxis etc any thanks

Pros: We loved Villa Dunia , it is in a peaceful location and everything was provided for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. It is very nicely presented both inside and out. Marta gave us a warm welcome and lots of tips. The villa is within walking distance along the seafront to Port Rubicon, where there are a selection of restaurants. There is also a very nice restaurant nearby. Playa Blanca centre can be reached on foot about 2-3 kilometres, however a car is probably needed for getting out and visiting the sights. We also found the supermarket round the corner very useful. We would definitely return if visiting Lanzarote again.

Pros: Lovely private garden area. Lovely outdoor seating. Good supermarkets nearby. Easy access to the marina. Home from home

Contras: It would be nice to have a sun umbrella for outside. Heating for the pool would be a bonus.

Pros: Lovely villa in a great location. We were well looked after by the local agent (Marta). Just about perfect.
